"Fit Me Here"
No matter where I am from,
what language I speak,
and what color I have;
when I am in a new society, I need to try my best to fit in the new culture by making my own mark…
In this project, people are standing in front of a white board (as a metaphor for permanent state of education and learning in life, no matter at what age);
A cardboard is given to these people which symbolizes the new society that they’re in; and everyone is trying to fit her/his head into the frame as we all do when we move to a new environment… Each person writes on the cardboard and makes a mark to show their presence in the new society. Then, the cardboard is given to another individual to make his/her own mark and makes efforts to fit in the same environment beside all the other individuals…
This project is the story of us all here…
